Pulse News teams with Posterous to make reading news more social

Pulse
You can use Posterous in many ways. You can have a public blog for your photos. You can create a private group site for your family. I even created a Posterous for my wedding website.

And now, you can use the Pulse News iPad app to share what you are reading online.

Pulse News is an iPad, iPhone, and Android app that lets you read news in a beautiful way. All of us here at Posterous have been huge fans of Pulse since it was released back in June.

We're very excited to announce that Posterous has teamed up with Alphonso Labs, the creators of Pulse, to make it easier than ever to share and discover interesting news. In the new version of the Pulse iPad app, you can "pulse" any article you read simply by tapping on a heart icon. These articles will automatically be posted to a separate Pulse branded Posterous site.

Your friends and colleagues can follow your Pulse site to see what you're reading or you can use autoposting to reach your network wherever they are online.

The new Pulse iPad app is available now and works great with your existing Posterous account. And My Pulse support is coming soon for iPhone and Android too. Check it out - it may change the way you read and share news.
