New on Posterous - Post to Picasa, YouTube, Vimeo, FriendFeed, and others!
It's been an exciting week here at Posterous and we're keeping things going by announcing a slate of new Autopost sites for photos, videos, status updates, and more: Photos and Videos:
- Picasa
- YouTube
- VimeoPicasa photos will be saved in your "Posterous Photos" album. Any videos you attach will be automatically uploaded to your YouTube and Vimeo for processing. Microblogging Sites:
- Identi.ca
- Jaiku
- PlurkKeeps your status updated automatically with the title of your post and a short URL link. Bookmarks:
- FriendFeed
- DeliciousAutomatically keep your friends updated on FriendFeed with your new posts and photos. On Delicious, each new post will be added to your bookmarks along with any tags you've made. These new autopost sites make it super easy to share the photos and videos you take from your phone or camera with your friends, taking the hassle out of uploading to each site you're on. This isn't the last of the autopost sites either -- we're going to continue adding sites, so if there's a site you want please send us an email at help@posterous.com. PS - I'm Vince, the newest member of the Posterous team along with Brett. I helped develop some of the features you've already seen like the Facebook app and Twitter comments and I'm psyched to keep developing some more as a new addition to the team!
